You are bidding on the Hruby lens shown in the photos.  The Hruby lens allows a high magnification fundus view at the slit lamp WITHOUT the inverted image you get with a 90 diopter lens.  The lens mounts to a slit lamp via the metal rod shown in the photos, and is focused using the hand lever shown.
This lens is in excellent cosmetic and working condition.
Works on all Haag-Streit BM style slit lamps.  Made by Marco, Topcon, Haag-Streit and CSO.
Slit lamp must have Hruby lens holder under the chin rest.
